Stress, panic, and anxiety can significantly restrict our ability

to live satisfying lives. These feelings frequently arise as symptoms stemming from more profound issues. My aim is to assist in uncovering and understanding these root causes, allowing you to regain control over your emotional well-being.

Recognising the sources of stress is the first step towards effective management. Many people find that their feelings of anxiety are linked to specific life events, unresolved conflicts, or ongoing pressures in their personal or professional lives. By reflecting on these triggers, we can begin to understand the patterns that contribute to these overwhelming emotions.

I find that some of my clients encounter periods in their lives when progress seems elusive. Dealing with overwhelm and stagnation is greatly improved through therapy, by helping you to understand what is beneath the 'stuckness' that needs to be brought into awareness,
