addiction, dependency & disorders

Overcoming addiction and disordered behaviours is a complex journey—one that requires both understanding and support. My goal is to help you explore the pain and emotional struggles that often lie beneath these coping mechanisms, addressing them with empathy and compassion.

Recovery is never generic. That’s why I take a comprehensive, personalised approach—focusing on the underlying struggles that fuel these patterns.
By creating a safe and supportive space, we can work together to untangle the emotional turmoil and build healthier, more sustainable ways of coping.

I’m committed to walking alongside you, offering the guidance, encouragement, and support you need to move toward healing and growth.

I know life can throw many hurdles our way, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or even stuck when trying to tackle them. Sometimes, these challenges build up over time from our childhood experiences, while other times they come from a single major event. No matter the cause, they can create a negative impact by creating a cycle of negative self-talk and thoughts that interfere with the ability to change, make choices, or move forward. These internal dialogues can cloud creativity and problem-solving skills as well as make it tough to find a path through the issues we’re dealing with.

A lot of these obstacles stem from things like depression, anxiety, PTSD, fears, grief, relationship troubles, or stress, and they can shift from being mental health struggles into physical health problems if not addressed.
